About This Course
The HVAC Technician course trains students in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of large-scale Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems used in commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, and industrial facilities.
HVAC goes beyond residential split ACs — it covers central chiller plants, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), ductwork systems, and building automation. HVAC technicians are among the most sought-after trades in Gulf countries where extreme heat makes sophisticated climate control systems essential in every commercial building. This course is affiliated with CTEVT (Center for Technical Education and Vocational Training), Nepal.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from the AC & Refrigeration course? AC & Refrigeration covers residential and light commercial split systems. HVAC covers large-scale commercial systems — chillers, AHUs, ductwork, and building automation — used in high-rise buildings, hotels, and hospitals.
What do Gulf HVAC technicians earn? NPR 80,000–1,40,000/month. Senior HVAC technicians and those with BMS knowledge earn the most.
Do I need prior electrical knowledge? Basic electrical knowledge is helpful. The course includes sufficient electrical fundamentals for HVAC work.
